Unlike any other agency providing these candidates to Canada ours process their applications from the United Kingdom. This has several benefits to the employer not only in the quality of the candidate but also the time taken for them to process their application to immigrate to Canada.

We have appointed Toronto based qualified Immigration Lawyer Pamila Bhardwaj to oversee all applications from start to finish. This ensures quality practice and success everytime. Pamila is a licensed lawyer and an active member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. She is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Association. The staff at her firm has legal and education degrees from Canada and abroad and are competent to deal with legal matters. They also speak several languages such as: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Guajarati, Persian, Hebrew, Bengali, Urdu, Tagalog and others.

The 3 Step Plan

  1. Contact us for general inquiries, regarding the structure and our offering, at this point we will provide you as many details as possible and invite you to our Law office where you will meet our representative and Pamila.
  2. On your visit to the office you will be given the full background information on the candidates available and the immigration procedures, once you have selected a candidate we will arrange for the interview procedure and provide you with all details relating to the application procedure.
  3. Then leave the legalities to us, you are in capable hands and we will process all documentation and liaise with you until the application for your caregiver has been submitted. 

 

Please don't misinterpret us this can be a lengthy process, sometimes taking up to four months for a candidate to finish processing, however we like to think that we take the hassle and strain out of the procedure. We make it as easy as possible for you and the candidate, whilst maintaining stringent quality procedures and ensuring your applicant is the best fit for your family.
