Family Care the Aima Group way

For us it's Personal....

Aima group is excited to announce the launch of our new service.

Providing UK trained and qualified live-in Nannys and Caregivers to Canada's families and homes.

We have built an outstanding reputation within the education and training industry, among other, over the past 20 years internationally and in the UK. Now, we are looking to extend our knowledge to new areas and explore new options and opportunities.

For many years we have excelled in the provision of education and training to many candidates from all over the globe, now our candidates have looked to us to provide them with a route to progress and grow in their field of interest. One of our strength areas has been the health sector providing academic and vocational courses to over 5000 candidates. We have now identified a key area where the talent that has been developed with us is needed in abundance and can provide growth and most importantly progression to our UK based Nannys and Caregivers.

The majority of Aima candidates have practised as registered nurses previously, and have now branched into the field of care for both the young and elderly. We have identified real potential to improve the quality and standards of the live-in care sector in Canada.

Why should you expect anything less than the best for your loved ones?

Having known our candidates for at least two years whilst we have trained and qualified them here in the UK, we are in a good position to offer guarantees and service that no other 'care agency' is offering in Canada at the moment.
We understand the stress and strains of providing care for your loved ones and we know of the importance of ensuring the home environment remains a safe and secure place for them to be.

Why should you have to trust a person with just a six month caregiver course certificate with your family and home?
That is where we can make a difference,
Our nanny's and caregivers have undergone specific medical training, they have also completed courses in peadiatric and medical care. Topics in their training included;
