On 31 January 2013, AIMA Group Ltd sold the entire issued share capital of Park Royal College Ltd to an independent third party organisation. While AIMA Group Ltd no longer has any rights of ownership of Park Royal College Ltd, it will continue to assist the college and its new owners to ensure a smooth transition of the business for a period of 45 days following the sale. After this time, it shall cease to have any responsibility, control or influence over the business, management and all other affairs of Park Royal College Ltd. AIMA Group Ltd have retained A&S Training College for its Candidates pursuing Health and Hospitality Courses in Canada.
